What is your design process?

  • Once you have selected and purchased the desired service, you will be emailed a questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been filled out, I will then begin working on your design project based on the information provided.
  • Important Note: Please ensure the email address you provided with your order is correct and the same would go for your email address you use currently, otherwise your order will be refunded.

 What is your turnaround time?

  • Standard time for graphics would be around 5 to 7 days, but it will vary
  • depending on the type of service purchased or the time required to complete project.
  • Websites can be anywhere around 4 to 10 weeks depending on your requests and requirements needed to complete website.
  • Orders will be managed as first come, first serve.
  • If your responses are sent over late to the questionnaire sent to your email or any other questions sent to you, your project will be delayed until questions are answered and sent to our email.

What file formats will I receive my deliveries in?

  • Print-ready graphics are delivered in JPEG, PDF, PNG.
  • Digital graphics are properly sized for used and will be provided as JPEG or PNG file format.
  • Logos delivered in JPEG, PDF, PNG

I’m Interested in purchasing the downloadable templates but which design platform can I use to edit these templates?

  • Few downloadable designs are designed and editable for Canva only.
  • While some will be edited on any design software of your choice.

How many Revisions will I receive?

  • Each design projects are allowed three revisions and four revisions for websites. If you have exceeded your revision limits an additional fee will be included of US$10/JMD$1000. Additional revisions will be $10

I’m interested in a project that you don’t offer in your shop, how can I book you?

  • You can contact me by filling out my contact form via websites @mocreativeink.com or please contact me via email (momo.creativeink@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (876 289-7102) for projects I don’t currently have listed on my website and receive your free quote.


Do you offer rush services?

  • No, I do not offer rushed services. 

Do I have full rights to my logo/graphics?

  • Once your logo is handed over, you are entitled to use it in any way you please for your business.

Can I pay after the project is complete?

  • All projects are required payment before-hand. However, for websites over US$300 if your unable to pay in full, a 60% deposit is required and then the remainder should be paid before final work has been handed over to you.
  • Please Note that the 60% deposit is not refundable.

I don’t have professional or images of myself, what do I do?

  • If you book a service that requires professional images, not to worry we will provide you with royalty free images but if that’s not enough we can discuss purchasing stock images which you will reimburse me for.

Do you take phone/Skype calls?

  • Yes, I do.

Want to Cancel or request a Refund?

If I have started working on a project that you ordered and you want to request a refund or cancel your order I will only refund you 50% of the value of your order purchased. You can however get a full refund, if I have NOT started your project and you requested a refund or if I am unable to deliver or have any issues on my end. If I have completed your project and final work has been approved and handed over to you and you are requesting a refund, then for that reason the NO REFUND POLICY would apply. Due to the nature of our business, virtual and downloaded files are non-refundable, once you have received your file it cannot be undone. I do hope that you understand and will agree to these terms.
