Design Process

Upon selecting and purchasing your desired service, you will receive a questionnaire via email. This questionnaire must be filled out thoroughly to begin your design project. The design process will commence only after receiving the completed questionnaire with all the required information.

Please ensure that the email address provided at the time of your order is accurate and actively used. If the provided email is incorrect, your order may be refunded to avoid miscommunication.

Turnaround Time

• Graphic Design Services: The standard turnaround time for graphic design projects is 5 to 7 business days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the service purchased.
• Web Development Services: The timeline for website projects ranges from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the specific requests and requirements for the website.
• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Delays in providing necessary information, such as a late response to questionnaires or follow-up questions, will result in a delay in the project timeline.

File Formats

• Print-Ready Graphics: Delivered in JPEG, PDF, and PNG formats.
• Digital Graphics: Optimized for digital use and delivered in JPEG or PNG formats.
• Logos: Provided in JPEG, PDF, and PNG formats.

Downloadable Templates

• Design Platform Compatibility: Some downloadable templates are specifically designed for use with Canva, while others can be edited using any design software of your choice. Please check the product description for compatibility details before purchase.

Revisions Limits

• Each design and website project includes three revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur a fee of US$10 per revision for graphics and US$30 for website revisions.

Custom Projects

• Unlisted Services: If you are interested in a project that is not listed in my shop, please contact me directly via email at [email protected], [email protected], or WhatsApp at +1 (876) 289-7102. I will provide a free quote for your custom project.

Rush Services

• No Rush Services: I do not offer rush services. All projects are completed within the agreed timelines based on the standard processing times.

Ownership Rights

• Full Rights: Once your logo or graphic design is delivered, you have full rights to use it in any manner for your business purposes.

Payment Policy

• Upfront Payment: Full payment is required before the commencement of any project. For website projects exceeding US$300, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before the final delivery of the project.

Image Requirements

• Stock Images: If your project requires professional images and you do not have any, I will provide royalty-free images. If additional images are needed, we can discuss purchasing stock images, which will either be reimbursed by you or provided by you.

Communication

• Phone/Skype Calls: Yes, I am available for phone or Skype calls to discuss project details or address any concerns.

Delays

• Force Majeure: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, power outages, internet connectivity issues, or emergencies. These events are beyond our control and may require an extension of the project timeline. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

Cancellation or Refund Requests

At Mocreativeink, we strive to deliver high-quality work and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

• Project Initiation: Once work on your project has commenced, no refunds will be issued if you request to cancel or withdraw your order. This policy is in place to cover the time and resources already invested in your project.
• Pre-Project Refund: If your project has not yet started at the time of your refund request, you are entitled to a full refund. Additionally, if we are unable to deliver the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund.
• Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed, approved by you, and the final deliverables have been handed over, no refunds will be granted. This applies to all virtual and downloadable files, as they are non-refundable once delivered.
• Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our business, all files delivered to you are considered final. Once you have received your digital file, the transaction is non-reversible, and no refunds will be provided.

Termination of Agreement

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate our agreement at any time if the work environment becomes toxic, if we are dealing with a problematic or malicious client if we experience verbal abuse or bullying, if there is a breach of the contractual agreement, or if there is a failure to make the final payment.
• Termination Process: In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and no refunds will be issued for work already performed.

We appreciate your understanding and agreement to these terms. Our goal is to maintain a positive and productive working relationship with all our clients, and these policies are in place to protect both parties.
